About Molly

Molly specialises in private law matters including divorce, finances and cases concerning children. Molly qualified as a solicitor at Beck Fitzgerald in 2019 after training under Jenny Beck. She is an accredited member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to achieving constructive resolution. Molly manages the Emergency Steps Team at Beck Fitzgerald and is committed to providing an efficient and effective service.

Molly has expertise in complex private law children matters involving domestic abuse, including in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Molly also regularly undertakes financial remedy work. 

She is reliable and is commended by her clients for her empathy and understanding.  She is committed to helping all of her clients in the most constructive and cost-effective way. Molly’s favourite part of her role is working collaboratively with her clients to achieve a positive outcome.
