About Matthew
Matthew works closely with existing and new law firms and advice agencies on strategic planning and on compliance issues. A key area of his current practice is helping new law firms develop their business models and strategic plans and on achieving authorization from the SRA, BSB or other regulators. He particularly works with alternative business structures and with practices offering innovative service delivery models. He also has a significant experience in public sector commissioning, working with local authorities and those bidding for public sector contracts.
